Our administrative team consists of our Practice Manager, Office Coordinator, and three experienced Administrative Officers. As our current team members continue to grow, our practice has a long history of exceptional staff retention. This legacy continues today, reflected in the dedication, compassion, and professionalism of our current staff.

We provide comprehensive administrative support to both patients and anaesthetists, including:

• Clear and informed financial consent discussions
• Accurate estimates of fees
• Processing of invoicing and patient accounts on behalf of each anaesthetist

In addition to patient support, our office coordinates and accommodates the needs of over 46 surgical specialists, both local and visiting. Our team manages a highly complex anaesthetic roster to ensure seamless coverage for every surgical case, including after‑hours coverage – 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
